Welche Medikamente lassen den PSA-Wert steigen?
Ein akuter Harnverhalt und / oder Katheter-anlage kann den PSA-Wert stärker erhöhen. Eine akute oder chronische Prostatitis kann den PSA-Wert im Blut erhöhen. Eine deutliche Verringerung des PSA-Wertes bis auf die Hälfte kann durch Medikamente, wie Finasterid (Proscar), Avodart und Alopezia erfolgen.
