Why is Morrowind free on Zos but not on Steam?
Your confusion may be because there are different deals as between Steam and ZOS. Your boyfriend is playing a Steam copy, you are not. You can’t mix and match them. Morrowind came with Summerset expansion if you preordered it so it was not actually free, but an actual preorder bonus. Since then it has been split up.
