Does NZXT work with hue+ and Kraken X62?
I have a Kraken X62, a single HUE+ with Aer RGB fans and a couple strips connected. No NZXT gear in the system is lit except the HUE+’s own „power“ light. The system hasn’t been moved or altered except to press the power button (in NZXT’s own S340 Elite case).
Can I use ICUE and Cam with a kraken X62?
I have CAM for a Kraken X62 and 4 Aer RGB fans, and iCUE for my Strafe RGB keyboard. Everything is working well. I would also try to see if you motherboard software is interfering with them, like fan, rgb or GPU monitoring. I will try this tonight.
Why won’t my Kraken M22 or x42 or X52 turn on?
If your Kraken M22, X42, X52, X53, X62, X63, X72, or X73 are not lighting up when your PC powers on, first please verify if the cooler is visible in our CAM software. If the product is not visible in CAM, this is a separate issue with recognition, the RGB will only turn on if Windows and CAM recognize a cooler when the PC starts up.
