Wie lange Infliximab?
Infliximab wird in einer Dosis zwischen 3 und 7,5 mg/kg Körpergewicht als Infusion in eine Vene gegeben. Die Infusionen werden nach 2 und 6 Wochen und dann alle 6 bis 8 Wochen wiederholt. In Einzelfällen kann eine Dosissteigerung oder eine Verkürzung der Zeitintervalle zwischen den Infusionen notwendig sein.
