Der Komponenten-Eingang, der oft auch als YPbPr-Eingang – nach dem gleichnamigen Farbsystem benannt – bezeichnet wird, ist ein analoger HD-fähiger Videoeingang, der sich an vielen Fernsehgeräten findet. Er ist nicht zu verwecheln mit dem analogen Composite-Eingang, der nur SD-Qualität bietet.
Was ist Component Video Out?
Bei modernen Computer-Grafikkarten wird Component Video über eine als „S-Video“ oder „TV Out“ bezeichnete 9-Pin-Mini-DIN-Buchse zur Verfügung gestellt. Üblicherweise liegt diesen Karten ein Adapter für Component Cinch, Composite Cinch und 4-Pin-S-Video bei.
