The TW Warhammer is a 3 game series and content (factions) for each game carries over to the next. The biggest difference between 1 & 2 is magic and monsters are way more powerful in Warhammer 2. Warhammer 1 also has some mini campaigns for some factions. Warhammer 2 factions have a more complicated play styles. Same question myself.
