It only decreases after urf is gone, there is a large influx of players, if they make urf permanent im 100% sure old players will come back to play exclusivly urf, because urf is much more fun for someone who has played lol for many many years and got tired of it Inb4 the toxicity levels in arurf become greater than that of chernobyl

Well ARURF is STILL out so at this rate I think it’s permanent. Saying it decreases player base makes no sense. If urf were to be permanent, everyone bored of normals and many veterans would come back to play. How could that possibly make the player base smaller? If more people are enjoying the game, then more people are gonna play.
