Wir sind ein eingetragener und gemeinnütziger Verein, dessen Mitglieder die Kommunen als Träger der Volkshochschulen sind. Sitz des Verbandes mit 16 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern ist die Landeshauptstadt Düsseldorf.
